Learning Sessions
These Envisian sessions are knowledge-based – and are typically built around providing information, building skills and understanding, and learning about new techniques and solutions used by cutting-edge organizations.
Many are planned around an important topic or two, such as: strategic planning, marketing, branding, transition management, or crisis preparation and management. They are typically two or three hours, including some time for attendees to participate.
We suggest incorporating time for discussion and workshops to help refine and implement the new learning within your organization. Here are a few examples of Learning Session topics:
- Market Leadership: what are the leaders doing very well – and what can we learn from them?
- Marketing and New Media: what is working well today and what can we adapt to our company?
- Strategy: what opportunities exist to better develop and integrate strategy into our work?
- Competition: who are our real competitors – and what can we learn from them?
- Threats and Crises: what should we prepare for – or work to avoid altogether?
