Talks
At Envisian, we believe good ideas are meant to be shared. That’s why we offer a series of talks based on our three decades of strategy, marketing, branding, and crisis management experience.
Each talk — customizable for businesses or organizations – focuses on some of today’s hottest business issues.
Give us 30 minutes to an hour, and you’ll gain valuable perspective, hear about radical new ideas (some at work right here in Chester County), learn tricks-of-the-trade, and become inspired.
All talks are given by Carl Francis, Envisian’s CEO. Carl is a leading strategist, adviser, and instructor in market leadership, communications, and crisis resolution, and also an adjunct professor of Advanced Marketing, Planning, and Strategy for Executive MBA students at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business.
Our 2007-2008 series includes:
Learning From Market Leaders
What similarities do best-of-the-best organizations share? This talk discusses the four traits found in all market-leading businesses — like Apple, Disney, Microsoft, Southwest Airlines, Dell, and others — and how you can implement them in your organization.

Your logo on eggs. Capsulated blogs. Search engine marketing. Smart companies are recognizing that non-traditional advertising vehicles are the new way to build a brand. This talk explores cutting-edge branding and marketing solutions and the trends and new media that is transforming the way we communicate today.
Crisis Management: Avoiding, Preparing, Responding
Fearful of how a financial, operational, or public relations crisis might wreak havoc on your organization — but don’t know what to do to prepare? This talk describes how different organizations avoid, prepare and respond to crises.
Empowering Employees to Imagine and Innovate
Every organization needs imaginative and innovative thinking. We’ll discuss real-world examples of imagination in action and how to inspire innovation at all levels of the organization.
How to Compete
Are you being clobbered by the competition? Always two steps behind? Too internally focused? This talk examines how to analyze competitor programs to find their strengths and weaknesses, and how even the “little guy” can out-think the competition to steal market share.
Marketing & Branding Essentials for Non-Profits
Marketing and branding a non-profit requires unique knowledge and skills. We help you map out the issues to identify gaps and inconsistencies and discuss why great communications are essential for lasting success.
