To support leaders, envisian invented a series of next-generation leadership tools named Enactix, which includes visual planning tools and maps, and strategic checklists -- all designed to quickly engage and empower leaders and their teams. Using  Enactix, we've eliminated the traditional boring planning sessions that produce little real progress.

Envisian is also the sponsor of the Years Ahead Project -- a three-year research project initiatied in 2010 to learn from leaders around the world who have proven to be years ahead of those around them. Our early findings are remarkable and are available in talks by our CEO, Carl Francis.
